I Just Love the Way I Feel When I'm Running

I love the time when I put my shoes on and get some exercises, running! At least that is one of the sport I'm able to do (I just able doing swimming, badminton, and running, lol :p). It would be another post that I am rambling about anything comes into my mind, but whatever, who cares anyway, maybe it just me who read this post hehe.

Well running, it's a kind of sport that I'm having emotional attachment on. At past, I'm doing it for exercising only, to burn some of my belly fat, hehe. Time by time, it becomes some kind of "catarsis". You know, things you do when you got a lot of things in your mind, and you need something to release the emotion. Like, when people get stressed out, they smoke. Nah, when I got lot of things in my mind, I got some run. Well that's better than screaming to the pillows or listening to music loudly (things I did back then in my teenage period, hehe).

Right now I get a way better catarsis, because I feel that the "free" feelings I got when I was running is just temporary. Now, when I have many things in my mind, I pray or read Quran or shalawat or dzikir, well that's an improvement right? *swing my hijab, wkwk*.
